I'm slowly getting caught up. Thanks for being patient! I'm quite behind on this blog and it's been difficult sending information back and forth accurately. I hope I'll get caught up and stay caught up!

Tripanionship
Hey everybody! :)
Okay so this week was tight! We had some interesting things happen this week and we worked super hard! We got a lot done; well atleast it feels like it!
So, the first thing that happened was that in the middle of the week, like Thursday, we were just hangin out weekly planning and helping the other missionaries with some bike issues and we had a missed call on our phone. So I looked at the message from the AP's (assistants to the mission president), and it said that we were getting another Elder to serve with us in Corona. I thought, "What?" They said he would be at our place sometime in the afternoon. He showed up with the office Elders at like 5 o'clock which is kinda late because it's hard to get a ton of work done after that. Anyway, so now I am in what they call a tripanionship. There's me, Elder Fly, and Elder Kozub. I tell you what, he is a bit of a strange kid, a greenie for sure. Despite our differences, he is okay. He is a good teacher for the most part which is a plus. Anyway, so that's my news for this week.
Also we took the lead in our districts for OYM's (contacts) from tracting and talking to a bunch of people. So, that was cool. Oh, and we put an investigator on date for baptism for August 6th :) Yeah! He is a way cool kid. He came to church and may be going to scout camp with the boys! :) That will be so good for him.
The last bit of news is that I went to West Coast Customs today! :) It's the place where Pimp My Ride pimps rides. LOL! It was cool to see all the cars and stuff. I took pictures so y'all will get to see them here soon, I imagine.

a visit to West Coast Customs
Elder McNew has grown a lot but he hasn't changed much. Half of the pictures he sends me are of cool trucks and cars he sees on his mission. The other half are of him riding bikes or skateboards. Ha ha. There are a few of him and his companions or investigators, but not many! Here he is on a trip to West Coast Customs. I'm sure that was an amazing experience for him!

Hey! Whats Up! :)
This week was great! We definatly stayed busy... I would say we probally did about close to 5 hours of service give or take a few!
So my new companion. Elder Fly, well I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but, Elder Fly has been out for about 22months! This is his last area so I'll probably be here in Corona for a while. But, the cool thing is that we have a goal, (more his idea since he is leaving but its my goal too) of 4 baptisms this transfer! We have two people that are really close and we actually had a fast this Sunday for one of our investigators (Petey). He is so awesome! J The family that we are teaching him with are way cool members. So, my new companion is awesome. We get along well, he is from a podunk town in Virginia. I guess his neighbors were farmers and stuff so that’s cool, we are friends. He is pretty quiet but I feel so privileged to be his companion because he knows so much and we work well together. I know the Lord had something to do with putting us together. He definitely did! J and I am so happy for that.
